Competition rules
1.
Photographs must be taken during the current
month; that is for the May competition they must be taken in May. No digging out your old photos; go and take
new ones.
2.
They must be taken in or of Hempshill Fields. So,
for example, you can be on Low Wood Road looking into the fields or in the
fields themselves looking towards Hempshill Hall.
3.
Photos must be digital images (preferably jpeg
not bigger than 2MB) and can be taken on any camera including phones. Scanned images from prints are also acceptable.
4.
Anyone can enter.
5.
Entry is free of charge.
6.
You must have taken the photo yourself.
7.
You retain the copyright to your photo, but by
sending it in you agree that it can be shown on the web site and included in a
publication of competition photographs.
8.
Judges decision is final.
Prizes
Each month one photo will be selected and take pride of
place on the website.
At the end of twelve months the winning photos will be
included in a calendar and each monthly winner will receive a free copy.
Other prizes may be
added in due course if people wish to donate appropriate prizes.
How to enter
Send your photo(s) as attachments to email to:
Please state your name, age (if under 18) and address so we
can send your prize if you win.
